Reward Program not working at franchises 😕😑

Today I went to MacDonal's Honeycrest just off Beyers Naude Dr in Randpark Ridge. I opted to go for the drive-through as I was in a rush. Your app is really great but the reward program is VERY sketchy and has not worked for the longest of time at this particular franchise. I waited for over 10mins patiently watching your poor staff rebooting the POS system trying to get this device to release points for the reward program. Why have this function if it is going to just be an added waste of the consumer's time?

For such a big company this is letting you guys and us down ey.

I have picked this up over other franchises as well, why introduce this if you cannot meet demand/maintain this at bare minimum?

I know I might be a drop in the ocean but this is one more unhappy customer.
