As a regular customer of 11 years, I've noticed that there's often a shortage of stock, including ice cream, and it's been going on for 4-5 months. I'm requesting that you address this issue and ensure that stock levels are maintained. As a loyal customer, it's frustrating to experience poor service, and I'm considering elsewhere.
