restuarant opened late and bad attitude

on the 1st march myself and my son went to macdonald in Alexandra and they displayed the trading hours and is stated that the trading are from 9h00 to 20h00. we waited for the restuarant to open till 9h20 and a lady by the name of Kego who claimed to be a manager but never acted like one still had the audacity to open with one cashier and i complained about the restuarant opening late and also opening with one cashier she just said she had personal problem and there was nothing she could do. even though she apologised however she wasnt sincere. she apologised with attitute. bad customer experience
