Report worthy HORRIBLE SERVIC

I had the worst ever experience at McDonald's Berea in Durban today. I ordered a simpe dbl quarter pounder meal and mcnuggets. I waited for over 30 minutes at the counter, no one called the order number, it wasnt even brought out from the back. After I lost it, the guy working there had the nerve to tell me someone else picked it up because I wasnt there. I was standing there the whole time so only god knows ehat happened to my order. The shift manager with a stinking attitude didnt even say a word or apologize, I just demanded my refund because I refuse to let McDonald's *********** staff treat my like a second rate citizen that must beg for service. Worst experience I've ever had in a fast food joint, bad bad bad trust me that I will be telling all my people about this, I hope that staff manager gets seriously disciplined, just not on.
