Repertitive Poor Pathetic Service

<p>I go through the frive thru at McDonalds Milnerton every morning and most mornings the service is absolutely pathetic. Servers are miserable and barely greets, despite your attempts to be nice. Monday morning.......NO COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!!! Wednesday morning sit in drive thru waiting for coffee while meal is already cold and nobody offering and explanation as to why we're waiting....you can see them failling over their feet inside but those in the drive thru just need to sit and wait....25+ min later....coffee, no explanation, late for work. Half the time you get to work with half of the order you paid for......some mornings you order and have to wait in the car park for your order........Every morning I ask at the order point fr my sugar to be placed in my coffee as I drink it whilst driving.....that is too much to ask.....the attitude and responses are horrific for a customer oriented business......we cant do it.....we don't do it.......we're busy......some just hand the sugar with a look of disdain on the faces......dare I go on........I cannot believe that a drive thru "so organised" can be so traumatic.....by the time I get to work I am in a total state......NO MORE AND MY FRIENDS ARE ALSO NO LONGER BUYING MCDONALDS.............</p>
