Refused Refund.

I bought Folder Over meal from McDonalds Secunda and I was given kiddies juice, I requested exchange and they refused, I also asked to return the meal for my money back they said they can't pay me a refund because I ordered through their machine. I was so frustrated and when I got home I realized that even the orders we made were not correctly made.
