Refusal to provide a service

I wanted to order a crispy chicken salad, and they told me that they didn't have salad dressing, when I told them that the salad was fine without salad dressing, they told me that they didn't have a salad bowl, I just think they didnt want to serve me because it takes longer to prepare one.
