Refund never processed

I placed an order online on 6 May 2020 @ 13:36 Two hours later there was no delivery or contact from anyone. I called your McDelivery call centre to cancel the order. They informed me that the refund of R240.30 would take 7 working days. To date there has been no refund and I have raised numerous queries with no reply. I can't be expected to pay for your incompetence. If you can't handle volumes or deliveries then don't offer the service. And please give my money back you have enough money for doing nothing.
