Refund for a meal

Just went through the drive through at the store and ordered 2x Jalapeno Double and 1x Double quarter pounder. While at the paypoint I decided not to take the Quarter Pounder but the Jalapeno Double instead. I was told right after paying that they can't replace the order. Thing is I changed immediately after paying and I hadn't even took the order. I asked for them to do a refund and was told after a long argument with Pheladi that she's unable to do the refund due to a long process and that its going to look like she has stole some money from the shop. She said in opting for a cheaper instead of the quarter pound implying that I changed my mind because I cannot afford and yet I gave her R150. I have been buying at various McDonald's but this is a first. She said my options were limited. I even asked if I could take the ice creams instead her giving me change and she refused. I took the meal and I am not happy with the fact that I took something I ddnt want forcefully. <br> Unhappy customer
