Refund

On the 2nd of April I took my two kids to McDonald's Springs mall bought a meal paid @ the SOK card declined twice and when I tried paying at the till still card declined but money went out of the account on all transactions.Worst part of it all is that even today I have not yet received my refund and I did everything that was required by the lady who works with refunds(Linda) and I even spoke to the Area coach Pretty but still I have not received my money back and that's about R500 and it's a month later.They never say anything until I ask or they just ignore my emails just like today,that showed how little they value their customersI will never ever go to that store
