Receiving a wrong order twice

I went to MacDonald's to get a quick burger meal. I ordered the promotional meal boerie burger and asked for no onions. The lady took my order and I waited a bit, the restaurant is not even busy yet orders are taking a while. When I received my order I didn't even have to touch the burger as I could clearly see lots of onions. I took back the order and told the lady I specifically asked for onions, the manager saw all of this and asked them to make a new meal, not saying a word to me. Not even an apology from the lady that took my order. <br> <br> This time I waited for more than 13 minutes bearing in mind that the restaurant is empty, I stood up twice to go check if my order was ready. After a while I received it and the meal looked well prepared, I opened the box and once again all I could see was onions. This was beyond disbelief I couldn't even say anything, I just felt defeated and given the fact that I have been there for than 30 minutes and I receive a wrong order twice. By the look of things this is a norm as no one seemed bothered. <br>
