Received OREO mcflurrys without OREOs and couldnt get in contact.

We ordered a simple order of 3 oreo mcflurries and a 4rth speckled egg mcflurry through uber eats. When our order arrived and we checked our orders at home, the 3 OREO mcflurries were only soft serve WITHOUT oreos. we tried 4 times to call the mcdonalds and they did not once pick up the phone. we also sent in a support ticket to uber eats. But how can that even happen?
