Rebecca's Appalling Attitude

I took my family to mc Donalds in Craighall tonight. When our meals arrived we noticed the drinks were flat. I took them to teller whom called the manager. Rebecca insisted that there was nothing wrong with the drinks and that she would call coca cola to test my drink. She argued with me for about <br> 15 mins and eventually swapped them for 3 small milk shakes. I returned to my table to find my meal was ice cold. I explained to Rebecca that arguing for 15 mins had made the meal cold. I asked for her to replace the meal with a warm one instead but she refused and told me that she can not satisfy me and that I was not to return to the store as she doesn't want my family there and in her words right of admission is reserved. Rebecca refunded my meal and asked me to buy it elsewhere. I have been a customer at Craighall since 1997 /98. I have only ever had two bad experiences at Mc donalds and both times involved rebecca. I was forced to drive to the victory park branch where I experienced great customer service my meal was perfect. Rebecca's service and attitude is the worst I've experienced in any outlet. I will be taking this to the maximum extent possible.
