Really Bad Service

It's the first time I went to this particular McDonald's in Atterbury Value Mart (Pretoria). I stopped at the electronic box to wait for the voice to take my order. There are two lanes. Two cars (who came after me) passed in the adjacent lane. I was still not assisted. I reversed and went to the other lane (when there were no cars). In the meantime, another car went to the first lane where I received no reply. That car was assisted and moved on. The voice at the new box took my order, but disappeared and did not confirm. Two other cars moved in front of me. I reversed and drove to the lane I was in originally - voice rep**** and said they did confirm my order (they did not). I finally moved on to the window where you pay - asking about what happened. The lady simply took my card, continued to talk over the microphone to a new customer at the box and completely ignored my question. I will not be going there again.
