Really bad service

A few days ago, I went to McDonalds at Mall@Reds. I go there regularly. I cued at the drive through for about 20 minutes, just to reach the speaker, ready to order, when I was told I can only pay cash. There was a notice attached to the speaker, not at the start of the cue. Was told I can only order inside. Went inside to place my order to be told that they have no water for soft drinks. I wanted to order the McFeast Delux meal. Offered me no alternative or a discount on the meal. Was told I had to pay the same price, but would not get a coke or anything else. I refused and walked out. Worst customer service I ever received. No regard for the customer's needs whatsoever.
