RE: INCORRECT ORDER & NO MILK FOR CUPPICINO

I have sent an email to McDonald's on the 1 June 2021, but have not received any response.

Here below is the email sent.

This morning on our way to Johannesburg from Mangete. We stopped at the Ballito Junction McDonald's for breakfast. When we got there to order the boerie breakfast with cuppicino, they said sorry no cuppicino we don't have milk? What's breakfast without coffee. So anyway we opted for orange juice. It was a takeaway. We left on our way we opened the packaging only to find out it wasn't a boerie breakfast.We have ordered this meal before and know what it consists off .There was no onions or sauce. Really shocking because we quiet enjoy your boerie breakfast. We are on our way to Johannesburg and unfortunately couldn't turn back. Very disappointing. Trust that this will not occur again.
