Raw McDonalds. | Bellville | IMAGINE RAW MEAT!!!
Purchased a McFeast meal on 15/12/2025 at 1:34 pm. I can tell you that I was seated and waiting calmly. I didn't approach the counter closely, which might imply I was in a rush, but I was waiting patiently.
I arrive at the office and the patties were undercooked while the fries were excessively salty.
I wasn't able to eat this meal at all. I continued taking out the uncooked meat only to discover that both patties are undercooked. Hi, what a surprise! Right now, I feel unwell and my stomach hurts.
Would appreciate a refund on the burger.

15 Dec 2025, 16:55UPDATE : I went to the Bellville McD and shared about this incident and I must say the two males who assisted me were so kind and willing to listen to my complaint.
They were understanding and apologised for this inconvenience. Offered to prepare a new meal. I decided to accept that offer and even bought ice cream.
