Raw chicken on my grand spicy chicken burger

On Saturday my daughter and I bought the grand spicy chicken meals at McDonald's inside Southgate Mall. I returned my burger as it was cold and asked if they can just warm it a little. The waitress took my burger and when she came back she asked me where were sitting to bring my new burger to me. I told her that I didnt need a new burger, they only needed to warm the one I gave her. She then told me it wouldn't have tasted the same. Later on she brought the burger to me. I went home and later that evening decided to have the burger, to my surprise the chicken was completely raw. The chicken patty was not cooked at all, they took my well cooked burger and threw it away to give me a raw chicken burger. I was horrified!!
