Ran by Idiots who dont know what Allergies are and What GLUTEN is

New Mcdonalds in Athlone. Cnr Klipfontein and 7th Avenue

This must have been the WORST experience i ever had at any mcdonalds EVER!!!. My son has Gluten Allergy and we usually go to Mcdonalds and order him a kids meal but we request them to only give the Patty, CHeese and Onion. NO BUN, NO SAUCE, NO PICKLE

My experience with your self order screens is a nightmare since NO BUN is not an option to choose. And EVERYTIME i used that screen ****, and then go tell the people it must have NO BUN, THEY ALWAYS GIVE THE BUN!!!!! because by the time I get to speak to someone, The burger is already made, and someone else already put it in the Kids box.

So we taken the steps to go to the CASH tills and order there so that they can immediately tell the Food makers not to put the bun. ALL other stores have no issue with this and understand the seriousness of his allergy and they take my order and i pay and they give me the Kids meal as i asked. NO BUN and in a nugget box so cheese does not stick to the paper they put burger in

But this ****ing store and its *********** manager REFUSED TO TAKE MY ORDER AT THE TILL!!!!. and while im trying to explain my issue, and reason i want to order at the till, She just cut me off telling me they dont take orders there i must go use the screens. no Wonder the staff at Mcdonalds Dont know *** an allergy is. Because of this idiot manager.

As i proceed to leave, This manager looks at other customers and tells them," Imagine, he wants no BUN". and i lost my **** with her. CLEARLY she herself dont know what a Gluten Allergy is!!!!

I will NEVER visit this store EVER!!!! and i will make sure everyone i know doesnt go there either

I made the mistake of not taking the managers name but you have the wrong person runnning that store. She will chase customers away with her pathetic peoples skills.
