****** staff and shocking customer service

McDonald's Nelspruit Crossings Openly ****** towards white clients Shocking customer service Manager on duty Sunday 2021/08/29 - Thabo making ****** comments towards me, threatening me, swearing at me. I wanted to swop a jalepeno sauce for a Mayo sauce and he refused. Wanted to charge me extra, but I ordered a burger and didn't want it hot, and just asked for the hot sauce to be replaced with the garlic Mayo sauce. I was sworn at and shouted at for asking this. I am the paying customer. Why should I pay extra for swopping a sauce? I used to be a regular customer but due to their ****** comments and staff, shockingly bad customer service, and bad food, they have chased me away. When one complains about cold food, half filled cold drinks, or chips boxes, you are told to ***** off Is this how you treat your customers? Especially your White customers? Because I haven't seen your black staff treat your black customers this way. I am sickened by your staffs' behaviour, by their ****** remarks, by their lack of respect, poor service, and overall bad customer service. I will never ever support you again!!!
