My parents recently went to mcdonalds lenasia on the 24th of may 2020 between 12:00 pm and 13:00 pm. There were assisted by a guy named kenneth a african male who was really ****** to them as he did not want to assist them nor did he want to let them order as he stated he is helping his nation (African) And he threatened to mark there vehicle and show them after his shift what he would do to them. When the manager was called , the manager was also abrupt and couldn't or wouldn't resolve the matter, he was also playing the race card . I my self work in a environment where i deal with customers, and this isnt the way whether be covid 19 or any other day this is ridiculous . I would much appreciate a feed back
