Gateway staff service is okay but could be better, the manager(Shivaan-Indian Male. avg height) on the other hand is **********, horrible attitude. He called his staff infront of me, *****s i quote "i have two *****s (2 male and female black-Staff members) in front of me. And you, What's so special about you, that they look at you all day" . The other staff kept quiet, it was like a normal day for them. I was fuming with anger. I was right in front of him when he said that. when i asked him is that how you speak to your staff members? He was quick to defend himself and say that's how we speak around here. I said well never again will you say that infront of paying customers. I told him if that's how you speak then you are not fit to become a Manager. Mcdonald Please sort this manager out, he deserves a demotion and work with the staff members he treats so poorly. I will not get tired of sharing this. I will call EFF to sort your shop if there is no proof of a resolution.
