R39 to use McDonalds bathroom

I was on my way home from nightshift, and desperately needed the bathroom. I headed into Mcdonalds and was stopped by the security at the door and told I need to order first before I can use the bathroom. I said no problem, but desperately needed the bathroom and asked if I could go first and would then come out to order, they said no I couldn't, so I placed my order and went to the bathroom. I ordered a sausage egg Mc****in and a water, when I came out I was told they don't have English ****ins and therefore couldn't give me my order which I paid for. They said that because I used their bathroom I couldn't get a refund and I couldn't get my water because I wasn't getting the Mc****in. So thank McDonalds for charging me R39 to use your toilet. You have lost a loyal customer today and I will ensure anyone of my friend circle stops supporting you as well.
