I ordered Chicken Fold over meals spicy x 2, via MR D #DFD***1/03/2024 and the driver delivered an short order, 2 drinks were not delivered, for the fear of the driver not coming back with the drinks, I rejected the whole order, logged 3 queries on Mr. D app, called their customer experience line:*** x 2 and none of the consultants got back to me after escalating to the driver department. I spent R201.60 plus R15 delivery fee and even now am still waiting for the order from McDonald's in Prestorius Pretoria CBD, very disappointed when I have paid for food which I never ate.
