R200 not too much for Anna Nthle@Mc Donalds Westgate

On the 25th December 2022 my family and I drove there to get some ice cream. We arrived and used the self service to orfer 2 plain cones. We walked over to the counter to pay for our order, however the young man at cashier refused to assist us because as he said "they have no change". I called the manager Anna Nthle and she aslo refused to assist us because as she claims, they had no change for a R200 note, as they are afraid of getting ****** so they did not have cash.

I was appalled and disappointed at the fact that McDonald's is a world renowned establishment and they could have had a float, but to ha e my kids walk out without their ice creams all because of a R200 not was unfair.

The worst part is more cstomers kept walking past me with smaller denominations which could have very well added up to give me chage, but I guess i was not worthy of Ann's service that afternoon.
