Quality satisfaction please!

I have had countless encounters with McDonald’s Braamfontein and the quality of food as well as the customer experience that they offer, this McDonald’s never takes the time to ensure that what is asked from a client is what is delivered, by this I mean the little things like “please DON’T add ice in my drink or please add extra condiments in my package” these things matter as they sum up the whole meal.

Another thing is the quality of food, usually cold, dry, it always seems as though the food is hurried and not made accordingly.

Please assist in this regard as this seems to be a norm in this particular store.
