Quality dropped

I always buy the double jelopeno because its affordable and value for money. I bought myself a medium meal today and the quality of the chicken patty has dropped from 100 to 0.. It tasted like a cheap florida patty, similar to a frikadel.. I was so hungry but was forced to give my meal away... Disgusting!!!
