****PY MC DONALDS!!!

We went to mc donalds next to Wilrow Gate in roodepoort.Everytime we go there we have a problem.The previous time we asked for a Chicken deluxe and the lady asked us plain or spicy so we said plain(meaning no spicy sauce)when we got home and opened the burger there was only 2 buns and a patty no lettuce no tomato no sauce.Now tonight when we want to use the app special they say okay come to the window and scan when we get to the window they tell us that it is not working we ask for the manager to help us and he is so arrogant and has a big attitude with me his name is Cyrpril.The previous time when the app did not work the manager ringed everything on the system and just discounted it so that it shows the price on the app.When I asked this manager why he could not do it like the other manager did it the last time he just says he doesnt know.this is unacceptable we always have a problem with something at this mc donalds and I am fed up with the poor service.I will not ever support this mc donalds again.
