****py and dishonest service

Siya Mhlongo ***), On the 27th of October at Mall of Africa MacDonalds at 8:10 - I placed an order (order 192) where I ordered a Mac feast + share bag this was a takeaway order, only to find when I got home the staff did not pack the Mac feast. I tried calling at night with no one answering the phone and the morning staff on the 28th answering the call and telling me there is nothing they can do as they do not work nights, this is not great service guys and at least do not make us wait in line for almost an hour only to ***** then what’s the point of supporting you, please do the right thing.
