putrid service

i would like to think that Mc Donalds was the best franchise, little did i know that here in cape town we have appalling service #1. #2. they are extremely ***********,

so now you are probably wondering what happened.

well lets face it we all gone keep up with life nd have to work 24/4hrs but please man if you not going to do your job then dont bother being that girl/guy behind a window with a nasty attitude the world is hungry we dont need your attitude nor your bad service.

ordered a grand chicken spicy only for them to give a cajun burger. luckily my husband checked as we always get wrong orders,

only for the person helping us to give the same cajun burger back in a grand chicken box. so how you even deal at this point. i also redeemed and they refused to give my free nugets with the chilli cheese burger that i bought this was shocking bcos even the manager did a bad job to try and keep the customer happy.

not to mention the bad odor creeping out of the drive through windows.

you know what Mc im not the only one that has this issue but you just lost 4 customers that buys atleast 2/3 times a week.
