putrid customer service!!

Monday my partner and i decided to go to Mc Donald's drive through for a late lunch. On arrival we were advised their card machines were out of order, we then turned around went to the shopping center to withdraw cash in order for us to get a meal as we have been going there for years now and would like to consider ourselves as loyal customers. On the 2nd time we went there to now place our order the employee once again advised their card machines were out of ordered. When we said we now had cash she sighed and took our order. She couldn't hear us so we proceeded to the window so she could hear us better when we got there she completely ignored us and went on taking the next clients order through the speaker systems. I then shouted to get her attention she looked at me looked away and continued serving other people. When i requested for her manager to come to the window she then tried to take my order with bad attitude as if i were bothering her she then told me if i wanted to speak to someone i can come inside shes not calling anyone. I demanded and stated as a customer i have a right to speak to a manager who then came and did absolutely nothing but take my order. pathetic servic
