PULL UP YOUR SOCKS MCDONALD'S! SERVICE BEFORE ALL ELSE!

It's been a few disappointing trips to McDonald's in Durban recently. For the past 3 trips to the Old Fort Road and Westwood branches, I have been given the incorrect orders without any proper help to rectify their mistake. After either receiving half the order or a vegetarian burger in place of a beef burger, both stores refused to even send through the correct orders, costing me double the fuel to go back and return to my home. Being such a huge brand with such ********** services is absolutely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed by the disgusting customer service. We have lodged all complaints with head office with no proper responses except 'we will get back to you' or lodge a complaint online. I had to drive back to westwood from Morningside to fetch a burger that was incorrectly packed. Bare in mind at my own expense. Very disappointed!
