**** promotions/deals

Mcdonalds rewards ****, Beware of this svam to get you to buy. I have purchased csed several items from Gordon Road and Ushaka Branches, I received many rewards. Once you try to redeem, points are gone and you do not get obtain what you ordered. I have complained many times via Headoffice, emails and on the app and via branch managers, to date they are all useless. They juat escalate to Their IT department. Currently they have deals all the time but they eother dnt have stock or it dnt exist. On Saturday I went to Gordon Road Mcdonalds and upon arrival, I requested assistance of the staff member to uterlise the ATM, or my Mcdonalds App. The lady wrnt through my app and indicated that there are promotions. For the firsttime that day she tried all the deals and each one stated its expired as if i have used the promotion already. This **** needs to stop, how can u indicate there are Deals or specials but they dnt exist!! I cant shoot the messenger as she is just the staff working there. IT Department is responsible for these iaaues thta gey escalated and nothing gets resolved. Atill waiting from August 2024 for another unredolved issue which i had given up on
