Promenade McDonald's poor service.

I was just at McDonald's in Liberty Promenade in the Western Cape South Africa. As I was ordering, I wanted to use my AmEx card as I know it is accepted. The lady first denied it works, when I questioned why it says on the machine that it does, she attempted. But before it got to confirming she pulled my card out of the machine. I felt she handled it rather rudely. She had no name tag on. But the receipt had her crew id 94 Tom S.
