Subject: Service Complaint – 24-Hour McDonald’s Randburg Closed

Good day,

I visited the 24-hour McDonald’s in Randburg in Milner Road and found it completely closed. Staff were inside but unwilling to assist.

I checked both the drive-thru and the front entrance to see if the restaurant was open. The staff simply waved me away and said “seven o’clock” without further explanation. I could not hear or understand what they meant, and no assistance was offered.

If the branch is not operating 24 hours as advertised, this should be clearly communicated. It is frustrating and a waste of time for customers who rely on the 24-hour service, especially when rushing to work.

The service I received was extremely rude and unprofessional. I expected better from McDonald’s.

Please advise why the store was closed and what steps will be taken to address this.
