Product quality Bad

I had a very bad experience at McDonald's in Durban road this has not been the first time as a loyal client at McDonald's for plenty years this is the second time that I have purchased a Oreo Mcflurry and the ice-cream texture is just not nice also it tasted as if the ice cream has been standing in a freezer in the holder for quiet some time Iam highly disappointed with the quality of the ice-cream as it is something I enjoy alot and paying that price for something you enjoy you expect better quality
