Product not as advertised

I bought 2 Boerie&Egg specials this morning. Firstly, I was told the coffee machine is out of order. I was already disappointed, as I prefer the cuppachino. When I got to work, the boerie did not even have the onion relish on as advertised, but a squirt of tomato sauce. And there was pieces of egg shell on the egg. Unacceptable!
