Pricing issue MCD Kimberley North Cape Mall

<p>I went by the drive thru to order a big mac share box and poster advertised add 4 sundays for R10. When I got to the paypoint they charged me more. I asked why and then explained to manager on duty that poster advertised R10 for 4 sundays. Her rolled his eyes at me and shrugged when I asked if I can show him. I then had to stop take him with me show poster outside, when we got back he called another man. He showed me on the poster inside it says 4 sundays fro R40. Then they tried covering it up saying its for each and I said no ,then your inside poster states its R40 for each sunday where you just told me it was R40 for four. Lying all the way and trying to BS their customer. I told him poster on drive thru is incorrect and they have to give it to me at advertised price. They refused with a lot of attituted. I then called the franchise owner Arnold. He was even worse telling me I should not tell him what he must charge for what in his shop even though I tried explaining that its not me its his advertised price. With management like that there is not much hope for this store.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just the attitued of this staff when they where clearly at fault and their refusal to admit the mistake will never see me again.</p> <p> </p>
