Pretoria Gateway branch lets you down

On 19 July 2019 at 13:59:03, we stopped at the McDonalds between Pretorius & Francis Baard streets in Pretoria (Pretoria Gateway?) and ordered 2 chicken foldovers and 2 cappucinos. When we picked up the order, the server told us that the cappucino machine was taking an awfully long time. When we hit the highway (which is what I think the staff at the particular McDonalds bargains on) we discovered that the one cup was icy cold. It wasn't even as warm as tepid tap water, and it was completely undrinkable. I wouldn't normally complain about a single cup of coffee, but this is the 2nd time we've had a similar experience with this branch (and as I've only been there twice this year, it says a lot!). In January, we ordered cappucino and was told it was 'too early in the morning' for cappucino, then took coffee and hot stacks. As I drove off, I asked my sister to check the contents of the bag, and we discovered that we hadn't been given either butter or maple syrup. The server was very surprised when I returned on foot and demanded both (I only got the syrup). On the 19th, however, I couldn't turn around as I was already on the highway - I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone, and I certainly won't return.
