Potch McDonald's poor service

Ordered MC Feast spicy regular meal with watermelon fizz and garlic sauce sauce,waited for about 10 minutes for order then was told that the garlic sauce would be brought to me,another 10 minutes go by I finished my burger still no garlic sauce,then I am brought a blob in a untidy container and offered it,I declined and requested a refund,waited another 15 mins approached by a manager and told her I would lodge a complaint she stated even if I refund you for the sauce you will still lodge a complaint,I confirmed I would,then received refund for sauce,very poor service
