Poorest service ever

The most disappointing McDonald's experience ever even the 1 star is alot... McDonald's Welkom has the poorest service ever, we've been in the que for Atleast 20 minutes no service, people who have ordered have been waiting for their order... The staff is moving like snails, it's like they can't see the people in front of them... People have left but that doesn't seem to bother them... No apology nothing... Even a snail moves faster than them... Their priority is MrD
