Poorest service Delivery and responds EVER!!!!

My name is Lezan. My sister Inge, my toddler as well as myself had gone to Mc Donalds Tableview the day of their 20th Birthday celebration. We stopped there to get a bite to eat as I was actually on my way to Milnerton mediclinic as I was hit by a stray bullet the previous Saturday. So I was sitting close to the play section so I could keep an eye on my son who is 4. My sister took our tickets we to purchase our Big Macs whereby the Manager Zukisana or Zukisana im not sure how to pronounce his name shouted at my sister that she can only get one burger.Inge explained to him that I was sitting at the play area as I was unable to stand in the qeue with my leg and he literally told her that its not his problem that I am injured. Upon being treated like filth I reported the incident on their Facebook page & the last time I got correspondence on the 17th. They asked for my contact details yet NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME! I am so disgusted with the service and poor response. I would never support this place after how they treated me!
