Poorest of service

Good day Im so tired of this place the staff is rude and ***********, Yesterday Ntombi Ngubo was so disrespectful she even rolled her eyes at me after asking her why she was shouting and she continued being rude and i want her gone if not i want t know how she is going to be dealt with,she could not even apologize after being instructed by her manager Mbali to apologize, if this is how you treat customer's your company will loose customers because this is not the first time i've had to deal with such poor service from that Branch.........i was told that all are rude by a different Manager and im puzzled on how you run a business with such illiterate and *********** stuff....she does not even know the product....resolve this immediately and tell me what was done!!!!
