POOR SEVICE DELIVERY AND MANAGEMENT

I went to McDonalds in Braamfontein. I ordered a Rolo McFlurry at 13.54, my order number being no 274. I had to wait 30 mins for the McFlurry. I only got my McFlurry after asking for a refund. The teller then only decided to go make the McFlurry and personally get it to me. A lot of people were waiting for their food some waiting 40mins and so forth. The staff is slow and the preparation of food takes too long.
