Poor services from McDonald's

I have placed an order for delivery at mcdonalds and I am extremely disapointed with there service.

Firstly the order was placed at 11:15 and arrived at 13:20, we live 5min away from mcdonalds but they took 2 hours to deliver, I have phoned the number provided on the website after the first hour of waiting to find out how long it would be, we were informed that the driver went out with the order but only an hour later the food was delivered. Secondly the food was cold when it arrived and thirdly the order wasn't t even up to standard.

This was my last time ordering food from mcdonalds as this is very poor service.
