Poor Service x 5

<p>Today (24 Dec 2016) i thought i would treat the wife without having to make food, to get some mcdonalds.</p> <p> </p> <p>However i have had 4 bad experiences with the same mcdonalds and strike 5 your out!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Incident 1</p> <p> </p> <p>you know when going out late with friends and wife and she gets hungry, and you all decide mcdonalds because they are open 24 hours as stated on the board, just to get there and the doors are locked from 22h00 to 00h00 apparently due to shift changes.</p> <p> </p> <p>incident 2 and 3 same story get there at 00h00 this time and still closed due to shift changes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just to be honest that most of the staff are people living in areas that is really far, i will not elaborate on that, but excuse my french....who the hell does **** changes at 00h00 at night</p> <p> </p> <p>then you are not supposed to state to the public an OPEN 24 HOUR sign outside your shop</p> <p> </p> <p>incident 4</p> <p> </p> <p>3 days ago</p> <p> </p> <p>went to order aain as its close to my house i wanted to order but the 3 girls in the front just stood there looking at you like they are retarted. the only 1 cashier stood there and took another lady's order and that was it.......now i have to wait with my wife and 3 year old daughter for thet order to be finalised and given before the only cashier takes another order while 3 of them just stand there waiting to pop in a tomato sauce and a napkin. </p> <p> </p> <p>incident 5 this morning</p> <p> </p> <p>Bought 2 milkshakes, 1 x quarterpounder and cheese and for myself because all the burgers tastes the same nowadays like deboinairs pizzas and the same kind of sauce, i got myself a grand chicken with the peppadew and jalapeno sauce or whatever as this really is an ok burger, just to get home open it up with NO peppadew no jalapeno sauce but garlic sauce.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a disgrace as the staff is up to sh***t.</p> <p> </p> <p>5 times.</p> <p> </p> <p>i hope they get this sorted as id rather eat somewhere else from now</p> <p> </p> <p>Jadey</p> <p>ps i had to give it a one star as i could not proceed with zero thats how bad the service is</p>
