Poor service that has led to a ruined meal

So sick of placing an order on Mr Delivery and McDonald's constantly getting the simplest thing wrong! Every single time I order a double quarter pounder, I select the box that states "no tomatoe sauce" and every single time that burger still comes with tomoatoe sauce! I cannot stand tomatoe sauce thus me choosing the option to have it excluded. And this isn't the first time! Where is the disconnect? Is it with Mr Delivery or with McDonald's??? This time this happened at McDonald's galleria today
