Poor service recieved Macdonalds denlyn

Visited Macdonald at Mamelodi Crossing / Mamelodi Denlyn i bought a meal for spicy fold over waited for over 30 minutes for my food when i asked how long it will take what they said to me was do you want all of us to handle your order?? Is that how Macdonalds teaches its staff members to answer people?? Instead of of explaining perhaps that the food will take long or there is a back log?? Kindly engage your team at Mamelodi crossing or denlyn to treat its clients better
