Poor service quality at drive thru after hours

<p>I placed an order at the drive thru Mcdonald Lambton (around 00:10 on 08 July) then as per instructions I proceeded to next window which I found was closed,then after waiting for a short while without anyone coming through so I can make payment I then proceeded to collections as there was someone already waiting to assist me there. I was told the order was not communicated and I had to re-order thereafter reverse back in order to make payment only then can I collect the meal.</p> <p>My problem: Duplication of efforts, and unneccessary motion</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
