Poor service, poorly trained staff

Mc Donalds klerksdorp I ordered a oreo caramel mc flurry and they had to make it 3 times before i finally told them that they can leave it seeing that they made it incorrectly all 3 times, not adding caramel, then the last attempt they gave me an old one standing beside the ice cream machine and the ice cream was melted and no oreo, just chocolate chips.
